Work you'll do
Execute data cleansing, data quality, reconciliation, and transition support efforts to support the conversion and migration of complex DoD financial management data to a classified accounting system (CAS).
Execute data conversion/clean up
Establish a process to measure data quality and prioritization of data remediation activities in the context of migration to the CAS
Assess data quality to baseline the overall condition of the data and provide an understanding of the extent of data quality issues.
Support the development of detailed data mapping.
Provide support to clients during data migration and conversion activities to include user training and operational support through data migration, conversion, and transition to classified accounting system.

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or another Business-related field required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Familiarity with federal DoD financial accounting systems, key supporting documentation and business process
Familiar with DoD Line of Accounting data structures and segments, including the Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS), and Standard Line of Accounting (SLOA)
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management
Certifications including CPA, CGFM, CISA or PMP
Project Experience with the following software: Momentum ERP, Defense Cash Accountability System (DCAS), Automated Disbursing System (ADS), Defense Travel System (DTS), Intergovernmental Payments and Collections (IPAC), DAI, MOCAS; Electronic Document Management (EDM); Electronic Document Access (EDA); Standard Contract Reconciliation Tool (SCRT); SOMARDS; Online Report Viewing (OLRV)
