What does a great Information Security - Professional do for Fiserv?
The Information Security - Professional will join the team that is changing the way cyber risk is perceived, vetted, and acted on. This new team has responsibility for overseeing global information risk management strategy and delivery. Fiserv maintains rigorous security for our clients and is looking for an exceptional team member to join this group of thought leaders to help guide and build the strategy for risk management and execution. Duties include:
Interfacing daily with key personnel from Risk, Governance and IT in identifying issues and performing risk assessments and monitoring existing tools and data sets
Perform analysis of vulnerability assessment data from multi-platform environments (Windows, Unix/Linux, network) and help lead remediation efforts
Develop and maintain documentation (guidelines, runbooks and procedures) for all governance, risk and compliance activities
Maintain asset information and report on key performance metrics on progress of remediation efforts
Stay current on cyber security trends and threats. Leverage this information to help mature the environments security posture
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Information Risk Management and/or Information Security Risk (4+ years of experience)
Risk Management or Risk-Based Compliance experience with FIMSA, FFIEC, NIST, ISO or other control/risk frameworks (4+ years of experience)
Other Required Experience:
Documentation and evidence experience with a federal government system regulations (FEDRAMP, FISMA, DISA STIG)
Knowledge and understanding of IT and Cyber technologies such as: OS platforms (Windows, Linux), firewalls, network security, Active Directory, encryption, and logging technologies
Advanced communication skills: Must be able to write, present and listen to diverse groups and individuals; including senior leadership and clients
Must have advanced MS Excel Skills, including pivot table, charting and formula/function skills
Proficient in MS Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
Hands on data analysis and visualization experience and creating high value metrics for risk mitigation and control effectiveness
Information Technology: With preference to security and or defensive application/system technologies
Must be able to travel as needed: Up to 20%

Experience gathering or documenting requirements (Software or otherwise)
Critical writing skills (grammar, clarity of language, document structure and formatting)
Ability to be very flexible in a diverse environment
Forward thinking about the future of security, cloud products, etc.
