Work you'll do
Update, confirm and print daily calendars for the Product Director (PD) and Deputy Product Director (DPD) of client.
Manage and schedule all meetings For the PD and DPD
Submit Visitor Access Requests through ServiceNow for customers coming for visits with the senior command
Manage the inboxes for Conference Room Calendars (total of 4)
Print the meeting calendars and post at each conference room
Defense Travel System (DTS) Support for PD and DPD
Consolidates Weekly Staff Call Slides
Prepares new hire packets as needed for incoming contracted employees
Contractor in-processing briefings, conducted on Monday mornings
Serves as the Communications Representative
Pick up mail and pass out on a daily basis
Order and Maintain office supply closet
All other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of Administrative or Executive Assistant experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
