Work you'll do
Utilize IAM (Identity and Access Management) programs to enable federal clients to protect against digital identity risks.
Provide appropriate access to applications, systems, and data with advanced authentication.
Oversee the spread of information with privileged access management.
Verify identity utilizing a wide range of IAM solutions including HSPD-12, PIV, and advanced authentication methods.
Conduct assessments on NIH foreign visitor information to detect and identify potential threats to NIH.
Provide quarterly threat products (bulletins, reports, assessments) pertaining to information related to foreign national visitor(s) whose associated organizations or tactics, techniques, or procedures might pose a threat to NIH.
Develop and maintain host/escort training materials (i.e., email broadcast, briefings, products).
Provide monthly status report on foreign visitor activities and reporting to the Director and Deputy, NIH CI/InTh program.
Assist in the development of any test and implementation plans for any modifications to Visitor Management System (VMS) software applications and/or newly added NIH locations across the NIH, as required by CI/InTh program.

Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required
Travel up to 10%
Experience working with IAM
Experience working with identity governance

Experience utilizing advanced authentication
Ability to communicate effectively

Familiarity with requirements gathering
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Previous identity analytics experience
Experience in consumer identity and directory services
