Work you'll do
The NIST Cyber Risk Scoring (CRS) project is focused on a methodology which helps quantify and prioritize cyber security risks to enable risk-based decision making. Essential to this program is visualizing these cyber risks in Tableau to inform our Assessment and Authorization (A&A) stakeholders about their security posture and mitigation actions.
Develop reports and dashboards in Tableau
Develop, maintain, and improve the cyber risk reports and dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders to identify improved metrics and insights
Develop, maintain, and improve the cyber data processes across tools and environments
Interface with a broad range of stakeholders - Assessors, System Owners, Executives - on topics related to Risk Management Framework (RMF) and A&A
Drive task areas including: RMF program strategy development (and use of automation capabilities to inform process improvements); information system continuous monitoring (ISCM); system prioritization, metrics, and reporting
Build strong, trust-based relationships with the client
Plan, manage, and follow-up on work with responsible team members in support of timely completion of deliverables
Work within an integrated team of cybersecurity professionals

Skill developing reports and dashboards in other visualization tools, like PowerBI
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
Experience with RMF Programs and A&A processes
Knowledge of federal policies and standards including: NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, NIST 800-137, Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), and NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Travel up to 10%
