Work you'll do
Lead the application of data, analytics, and visualization techniques to assist a Department of Defense Agency in assessing and strengthening its learning investments. You will support learning analytics, data modeling, data visualization, and survey development across NGC functions. Examine analytical questions, develop an approach for data modeling and collection. You will use statistical analysis techniques to identify insights from data and implement methods for visualizing data and analysis to support decision-making.

7+ years of analytics experience, including experience leading data, analysis, or visualization projects
Experience leading staff
Experience with Data Science and Advanced Statistical Analysis and Modeling
Project Management experience
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active TS/SCI sec urity clearance required
Familiarity with learning methodologies
Familiarity with DoD and Intelligence Community
