Duties This Dean of Faculty and Academic Programs position is in the College of International Security Affairs (CISA). CISA educates students from across the international, interagency, and interservice communities. Graduates include alumni from over 100 partner nations and every major U.S. federal executive agency. CISA's mission is to educate joint warfighters, civilian national security leaders, and partner nation counterparts in critical thinking to inform national strategy and globally integrated operations, under conditions of disruptive change, to prevail across the continuum of competition and war, with a special emphasis on irregular warfare.
